Refund Policy


PLEASE READ POLICY

 

We gladly offer store credit / gift card on products that not used and open should be shipped back to us within 7 business days of delivery. If 7 business days have gone by since your item(s) were delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of a Promotion Code.

To be eligible for a return, your item must not be open or used It must also be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s).

A 50% restocking fee may he applied to Final Sale item(s).

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 business days of delivery.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted 
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Radiant glow skincare is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a store credit will be issued.

Exchanges 
Presently, we are unable to accommodate exchanges by mail. Instead, we welcome you to return your item(s) by mail in accordance with our Returns policy and repurchase an different product in skincare

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your package back to us Radiant glow skincare 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If a restocking fee is applicable, it will be deducted from your store credit.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
